Great house and location
We had a very pleasant experience with this rental. The house is beautifully decorated and is extremely close to the beach. Many times, properties are listed as a "short walk" to the beach when they are in fact a bit of a hike. Not this house, however. It is literally right at the crosswalk to the beach access. It is also right in the heart of Gulf Shores so there are plenty of restaurants, and entertainment options within walking distance. It's also a perfect house for pets as there is a potty station in the neighborhood with baggies and a trash can for waste disposal. The management company was very prompt in responding to any questions we had prior to arrival and was very good with communications during our stay. We will definitely book through ITrip again.

Thank you iTrip for a great stay! The place was lovely and clean, and your thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. We appreciated your quick responses when we did have questions about the ice maker. Everything from the comfort of the furniture and mattresses to the availability of kitchen appliances and utensils was exactly coordinated to make our stay easy and enjoyable. It was especially helpful to have a well-functioning washer and dryer! We loved the amenities such as the indoor pool and pickleball courts, but nothing beats that beautiful gulf view from the balcony! So happy you arranged such nice seating out there so it could be enjoyed to the fullest. Staying here was a pleasure!

This place was PERFECT! We had a blast this past week there! It was clean and tidy, and the owners were super easy to get in touch with when we were short a parking pass! They brought one over immediately!! Everything was great! Will def be considering this place when we come back each year!

Great place - great management
We had just gotten settled in this lovely, roomy condo when we found a water leak. Management responded immediately on a Sunday morning at 7:45! The plumber was there within 10-15 minutes. Sadly, they ended up needing to move us to another unit. The move was actually an upgrade to a Penthouse in another building. They were ULTRA accommodating and professional throughout our entire stay. We could not be more pleased. iTrip Management is superb.

I can't accurately review this property in just a few words. This was the best rental experience I've ever had. The house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. There was plenty of room for our group to stretch out and enjoy this up-to-date home and pool. It was very clean, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked with small appliances and all the cookware we could possibly need. There is an unobstructed view of the gulf, and the entire area was tranquil. We very much appreciated that the beds were comfortable. Most of the places we've rented do not and at least one person ends up on the couch. ITrip staff was so wonderful to work with and very friendly. The property management does a superb job. We will surely be back to this house.

Wonderful!
Our family and friends stayed in this beautiful condo for 6 nights during our Thanksgiving vacation. We have traveled to the Alabama beaches every year and everyone agreed this was the best place we have ever rented. The kitchen was fully furnished with dishes and cookware, the en-suite bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the living room furniture arranged for group seating. Everything was exceptionally clean. The condo is across from the beach and easily walkable. We biked around Gulf State Park, walked the beaches and loved our stay. The management company is exceptional and easily contacted. They even set up an Alexa device ready to answer questions as well.

Absolutely Perfect!!
We stayed during a slower time of the season in January, and it was absolutely perfect! iTrip, who hosts this unit was amazing and super helpful and sent very detailed instructions on how to check in and out and were very responsive the one time we had an issue! This unit is beautiful, and the amenities are all still in good condition! So great having a washer and dryer inside the unit and the hot tub on the balcony was a dream! Everyone who stayed LOVED this condo and everyone wants to rebook again for next year!

Great birthday beach escape
We had a wonderful time at this luxury condo! The off-season prices are unbeatable for such a beautiful location! iTrip was fantastic to work with and made everything so easy! Checking in and parking, sending texts for what color flags were out that day, speedy answers if I had any questions. This stay was a 5-star experience!

Best Kept Secret!
Lagoon Tower is the best kept secret in Gulf Shores, and 1402 is perfect! Booking through iTrip made everything so easy, and their communication is excellent.
