The stay and cottage was really nice, the stairs are not good if your handicapped or have a hard time to walking up and down stairs. Kitchens was very few dishes kinda disappointed in that, but we made it work. But we would stay again 100%

The condo was clean, had a fantastic view, and was walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again for sure. Beautiful beach- very close to walkover too

the place is nice, needs updating, ( and or furniture needs deep cleaning) don't go if you are older, too many stairs, issues with tvs issue with garbage disposal. recommend updating, the bathrooms were small but very nicely done. the communication was excellent the landscaping, grass etc was nicely appointed, pool area is nice it was quiet and not so close so we could walk at night..

It was a great stay. The set up of the rooms are odd. Queen is in the master and a king is in the other room. Queen bed is very uncomfortable for two people. It leans towards the middle. NO beach towels available for a “beach house” that was a first, we had to go buy some. LOTS of stairs. Pool was nice and the balconies to watch were very nice.

The accommodations were very nice and spacious. We loved the decks, providing a relaxing experience. The hosts were very gracious and timely in their response. We felt the accomodations were a great value.

We had a wonderful stay at Eastside Cottages. The cottage was beautiful and just as described. We were able to cook meals and relax. We loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. We would stay again!

The perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding.

It was my daughters wedding and we came down for that and having a nice, centrally located place was a blessing.

Loved the location of the house. We were minutes from everything in Gulf Shores! The house was nice, clean, and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to update what is available for cooking in the kitchen.

We’ve traveled to Gulf Shores annually, for the last 16 years. This is experience was by far our favorite yet. This lovely cottage was far enough from the traffic, but walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants. Also, the cleanliness exceeded our expectations as well. Very nice clean property

We definitely loved this spot. The entire home was warm and welcoming with plenty of room for the family and a different view from every room. It was very clean when we arrived and they even left some treats for the Frenchie. This spot is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and all the local spots. We will definitely be visiting this spot again.

I am always nervous to book a condo. However, once we walked it I knew I made the right choice. It was clean, cute and everything we needed for our vacation.

Beautiful beach house! I loved the large doors, balconies, covered parking. Plus, it was close enough to walk to the beach. Now we are talking about getting a walk in shower and those deck chairs. I would have to say the only down side was our bed was hard. We are used to our sleep number bed.

This beach house was great! The location prefect. Very quiet yet in short walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and and kitchen had all that we needed for the week. We have already booked another week with this house using ITrip!

Beautiful condo in quiet area only 5 min walk to beach. Large kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Really enjoyed the three patios. You wont be disappointed with this condo. Chairs and cooler provided for our trips to the beach

I would like to leave a very honest review. This is really a nice property. The location is great, close to everything and it’s spacious for a small group. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to cook and in walking distance of restaurants. I was very surprised and disappointed to find that the furniture in the living room was worn and dirty. That was my biggest turnoff of the property. The bedrooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the bunk beds are in a very creative location. Even despite the furniture I would pick this property again, we just put sheets over the couch and chair during our stay.

Pricey, but worth it. Beautiful, well equipped place. Didn't realize it had 3 FULL baths until we got there, perfect for a few teens needing multiple showers a day, very humid in July. Walk the beach was great, restaurants and market nearby. The iTrip instructions on the place seemed outdated, Covid era rules perhaps, arrived in email after reserved and paid, with pet charge added after, seemed odd. We spent three nights, there for an event in Foley. Great location, easy in, easy out.

My stay in Orange Beach felt like home, thanks to iTrip!!! Easy check-in, pictures of the house was accurate, and the location was great! Not my first time in Orange Beach so I know the area very well! I would definitely book this house again in the future!

The property was only a short walk to the beach. We appreciated that the location was away from some of the hustle and bustle that was right next to the beach. It was clean and perfect for our family.

We enjoyed this beach house. I think my nephews enjoyed the pool the most and making friends. Small community, of homes, so you get to meet other renters and the kids have friends to swim with. Short walk to the beach was even better.

We had a great time at this property. We loved sitting on the balcony for our morning coffee and in the evening for cocktails. Property was clean and pictures reflect the actual property. There were beach chairs/boards left in the downstairs closet from previous visitors. The parking area was large enough for our vehicles. Within walking distance to some restaurants. Overall, a nice stay.

Great place, very clean, close to the beach, love all the balconies. Love the semi-private pool. You do have to bring many of your own supplies, but they email you about that before you arrive, so my family was prepared. Also the bunkbeds are built into the upstairs hallway and are not in a private space, which worked for my party, but it was a surprise. I loved this place tho, and I would stay again.

We absolutely loved the property, the proximity to shopping and and restaurants was a huge time saver. We chose to drive and use paid parking for our beach visits, but you could walk to the beach from this property if you aren't carrying too much or have a cart/wagon. We will definitely be back to this location!

Easy walk to the beach and shopping.

Came in for Memorial Day weekend and 3Day Phish run at the Wharf. This unit is literally walking distance to beach, many restaurants, liquor store, Surf style, etc. A 20 minute drive to The Wharf in OB made this a great location. The unit had some spills on the walls and coffee table, the deck furniture was pretty ragged, but otherwise a real decent place. Pool was in great shape and rarely busy. Would rent again.

My family of four enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect. The cottage was clean and check in/out process was so easy. Location from the beach is a good little walk but we had no problem even carrying our beach items. The pool was right below and my kids loved it. There are a good bit of stairs so if you have a hard time with stairs I would not recommend this place, but other than that it’s great! We will be back for sure!

We needed a pet friendly place that was single family. The house is very nice, nicely furnished and equipped. Central to everything. Fees are a bit steep, combined almost twice the nightly rate. But it suited our needs on short notice.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The cottage was beautiful and spacious! The views were absolutely breathtaking. The cottage is conveniently located close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Our boys loved having their own space that individual TV's in the bunk space was a brilliant idea! The kitchen provided more than enough cookware, glasses, utensils, and many more items that you may need. I could write on and on about the great things this rental has to offer. We will definitely be booking here again in the near future!

property was very nice and pool was great. we had no problems until the last day of our stay when a wedding party took over units C and E and then completely took over the pool area boxing out other guests. Then on Friday evening they partied all night with loud music and singing into the early am hours waking everyone up. we ended vacating the property at 4:30 am because no one could sleep and they ignored the rules in the pool and didn't care about the other guests renting other units. It was very frustrating that units were rented to unresponsible people with no consideration of the other quests.

Very nice condo

Beach house located near restaurants, shoppes and beach. All within walking distance . Beautiful rental with nice pool. However, we felt that the rental could have been a little cleaner. The baseboards needed to be cleaned, one shower needed attention to the grout being cleaned in bottom of shower, upstairs shower curtain hooks kept coming off shower rod and the loveseat in family room had several stains on it.

Very nice house with beautiful interiors, well equipped kitchen, just like pictures, well maintained. The master bedroom with in suite bathroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has the king bed with bath across the hall. The beach is about 2 blocks away - easy walk, but no pathway to beach.

The Airbnb was really nice, clean, she really decorated the place really nice

We would stay here again. The high ceilings make the space feel larger than the pictures depict. Plenty of under house parking, 3 cars would fit. This is an individual building (no shared walls) that shares a pool with a few other identical homes. It is a few short blocks to walk to the beach. We liked being back off beach blvd to decrease traffic and noise. The home was beautifully decorated. My only suggestion for improvement would be better quality and more patio furniture. The hose outside was a bonus to wash of sandy feet. We even saw a bald eagle fly over headed to the State Park. Thank you for hosting my family.

Wonderful property. Very new and built to withstand a hurricane...which it did. Lost power and water though and had to leave three days early. Very nice furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Two blocks from the beach and 1/2 mile from the best seafood on the gulf. Used the washer and dryer several times. Property is nicer than the pictures. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved the pool right outside! 2 blocks from beach, close to lots of restaurants! Overall great stay! The condo does have lots of stairs (that didn’t bother us) but some people might just need to know that. Check in instructions were vague and we had a few other questions but Itrip did a great job on being available and helpful.

Close enough to walk to everything. The place was perfect for adult family of 6. Pool was perfect and never had issues with sharing pool with neighbors. There was a charcoal grill available at this unit. Used it multiple times. Restaurants are very busy at night. Waits could be up to 2.5 hours for table with reduced seating capacity. Best to plan eating dinners at house and lunch out. Shorter waits for lunch. Beach was a short walk and had plenty of space to spread out. Bring extra garbage bags, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. There is a standard coffee maker using grounds. We brought empty ice trays to make additional ice for coolers for beach days. Fridge does have ice maker as well. There are fry pans to use but they are very worn. Overall, extremely impressed and a great place to stay.

I was a little concerned with some of the reviews my children kept telling me about. We got to the property and from the moment we walked in the door it was wonderful. The new smell greats you at the Front door.. The home is furnished adorably. Don’t let the pictures or video deceive you it is much bigger than it looks. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it a day. We hope to rent this same unit again next year. Thank you for your hospitality! I

Wonderful stay; do want to mention that we saw a cockroach & lots of sand in one room, a slight issue w/bedding but mgmt was responsive & took action quickly. I feel they do need to re-evaluate their cleaning company as we did lv a few items; we called/made contact the night we left. All we ever heard was “we’ll reach out to our cleaning company”. Then nothing. Not irreplaceable items (thank goodness). Overall, we’d consider staying again but would like to be closer to beach.

We were looking for a little break, and this was perfect! They have a 10 person max in the pool currently with the state orders but between the 8 units sharing the pool was never an issue. The beach is a very close walk! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds with their own TVs. Overall it was a perfect beach break from staying at home 24/7.

We were in town for travel volleyball, and stayed the weekend in this lovely house. It made what can be a long and tiring weekend so much better! The house was exactly as described and comfortable and clean. Great stay!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Be prepared to run multiple errands and purchase many items!! This AirBnb is run by a management company that only cares about getting you in/out. Customer service was bad and the house lacked almost all basic amenities. The house is managed by iTrip. You at first think you'll have a great experience. iTrip will bombard your inbox with emails leading up. The day before arrival and day of, you get a personal phone call too. However, after checkin, we realized all the items missing. MISSING: Trash bags, extra toilet paper (only three roles provided.. yes, you have to buy your own toilet paper), dishwasher detergent, extra paper towels, blow dryer, extra soap (you get three little bars which disintegrate after a couple uses), shampoo/conditioner. ALSO MISSING: beach towels and beach chairs. I called iTrip inquiring where the beach towels/chairs were. She was fairly condescending and said they don't provide those cause guests would steal them (fairly rude.. blaming guests.. also, can't any guest steal anything from the house!?) She proceeded to say that I'm more than welcome to purchase chairs then leave them for the next guest. She also said that in 15 years she had never gotten that request (which to me means other houses already have those items) and that "well there's always one that makes a weird request right?" She then recommended a store that sold chairs for $10 bucks. So another errand off we go, but chairs were $25. Other annoying items included the quality of amenities that were included. The normal towels were very small and cheaply made (again not much care for guests..just in this for profit). Half the TVs could not be connected to wifi (and there's no cable). The day of checkout we received yet another email from iTrip. This email was a full list of instructions for us to do. It included things like 'bagging trash and placing in outside bins" (although no trash bags provided) and "clean all dishes in dish washer and place all items back in cabinets" (although no detergent). Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for!? The house itself was nice and the pool is nice. AC worked great. I will not stay here again, and do not recommend.

The property was really great! Unfortunately, we did see a cockroach 30 minutes after arrival. Management was quick to send over pest control. Condo was much more than I expected. Lots of sand and crumbs on the floor from previous tenants. If we had a broom we would've gladly swept the floors daily. There was no broom or any cleaning supplies provided in the unit. Overall, loved the unit! Would gladly stay there again!

Awesome home! Clean perfect for a family! Close to beach. Walking distance with a 5 year old, 3 year old, and 2 yo. My mom (who broke her toe before the trip) was the steps but if not for her toe she would have be fine. Picture is the view from our room!

Beautiful place & great location. We truly enjoyed our stay. We even called to add on another day but it wasnt available. My only suggestion would be for the house cleaners to wipe down the walls and floors during the cleaning. I went through the entire house with wipes because of so many dirty spots on the walls. Also, the floors need cleaned. The kids feet were black in the first hour of being there. But overall, very happy with our stay!

We had a great time in Gulf Shores!!! The cottage was clean, spacious, and in a great location (right in the middle of restaurants, water park, beaches, etc.)!!!! Would highly recommend Coastal Breeze!!!!

We wanted a weekend getaway and found this location and choice here instead of going to Destin and we were absolutely beyond pleased! The pool was wonderful the beach house was amazing we will absolutely be back! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend

We certainly made the right decision when we rented this unit. Our original rental for this winter was in Mexico Beach but Hurricane Michael had other ideas. This unit is beautiful. All the furnishings are top rate. There are 4 balconies so you can enjoy sun or shade anytime you desire. The pool looked inviting but we did not use it. The beach can be seen from the front balcony and is a short walk away. So many restaurants and shops to walk to and the Gulf Shores State Park has over 20 miles of biking trails. I-trip people were great to work with. We will be back.
