We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. One of our shower curtain rods came down when the curtain was closed. Also the pipes in the wall in the master bedroom started making a awful knocking noise on our last evening. As well as the sink in the master bathroom makes a crazy noise when turned on. Definitely seems like some pumbing issues

Overall property was great! Our condo could use a little touching upon paint. There were some places where paint was chipping on baseboards and a large patch spot over sofa where paint didnt match. Minor things but would def stay there again!

Great location, condo is beautiful. Could improve the mattresses and the pillows. The unit sleeps 12, so more seating on the balcony would be nice. Also, since it is a larger unit, more parking passes should be allowed for purchase.

My family and I just stayed at the Phoenix Gulf Shores 2102. It was a beautiful condo that easily worked for the 7 of us. All the bedrooms were spacious and provided privacy for all of us. The kitchen and living room were plenty big and had everything we needed. The star of the show was the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. We spent early mornings and evenings out there watching the sunrise and set. The condo was a huge hit and a fantastic place to stay!

My wife and I loved our stay. Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and clean. The only thing better than being so close to the beach was the large and lovely balcony on which to enjoy the amazing views of the Gulf, feel the breeze, and be lulled by the sounds of the surf.

Definitely worth staying here. Beautiful condo, had great amenities. I would however bring some extra towels if you have several people staying but that wasn't a huge deal

Everything was beautiful I enjoyed the kids as well loved it only thing kind of gave me trouble was the living room tv there’s too many Remotes and the tv was glitching which made it hard for us to figure out which remote belongs to it other than that I was the perfect place! Thank you

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, linens were clean and we had a great on the beach view. The kids absolutely loved the onsite waterslide and pool. So relaxing and refreshing.

Definitely the best condo I have ever stayed in. It was super affordable and very spacious, beautifully decorated. Very large balcony which we loved.. We spent a lot of time in the pools and hot tubs on-site. The outside pool with slide was a huge hit with my kids and the indoor heated pool perfect to get the chill off. The condominium as a whole was very clean, with easy access in and out of everything. Never had any trouble with the elevators and even tho it is a very large place there was never a time we felt over crowded. The tennis court in the 7th floor was amazing as well! Over all my favorite thing was how spacious the condo was. Everyone had plenty of place and that’s very important when you have 5 kids. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent, relax and vacation stressful.

Great experience. I will go back. Great access to the beach. . The pillows are too hard and hurts your neck. King size mattress sinks to the middle. Tile around indoor pool is slippery. Our kids fell several times walking around the pool. This will be a law suit. Heads up.

Facility is very family friendly and fits desires for all ages of kids. Condo is extremely spacious and comfortable but low on dishes and cookware for large families. Lots of security codes and doors. Maybe a bit too much. Clean Beach beach

The stay was great. One opportunity is parking passes. We reserved a three bedroom, three bath condo (6 adults with three cars). Before arrival was trying to secure three passes instead of two but was told there was NO WAY and referred me to Premium Parking which is not across the street!! The cost was $90!! Upon arrival we were told there was plenty of space to provide me with another pass. However, it was too late to cancel Premium Parking!! Need to upgrade pillows. Remotes did not control the equipment as designed. The multifunction remote does not control all of the tv functions. Three of the four hdmi port on the tv in the den are non functioning. (My husband works in tv and computer networks and installation). We did enjoy our stay and would love to come back.

Upon arrival we noticed there was no longer an ice machine in room. Ice dispenser on refrigerator also not functioning properly, bed in bedroom on right farther from entrance is squeaking, hair in the bath tub in that bedroom. Last day noticed the dishwasher leaked in the floor. Light in laundry area went out while there. Could use a better light in that area anyway, not bright enough when on. Besides these things, we had a wonderful stay. Also seating on balcony needs to be added. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at the Phoenix! The 3 bedroom condo was very spacious for 3 families meeting up in Gulf Shores for vacation. The location was perfect being right on the beach with an amazing balcony view. We didn’t want to leave!

This condo was great! The view alone is priceless! So clean and felt like home away from home! We also took advantage of some of the free passes of activities, note it’s only 1 free ticket a day, but still great. The only feedback I would have is to improve the internet connection and make it password protected. Families with baby cameras won’t be able to connect to the WiFi without it having a password, so we had to turn our cell phones into hotspots.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The staff was very kind and answered all of our questions. I would recommend the stay to friends and family. We would stay again!!

We were in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament. We wanted a place on the beach. The unit was perfect. Very clean and big! I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back. Thank you!

We had a great stay here! We never had to reach out regarding any problems, and everyone loved the roomy condo. We loved watching the sea animals from the balcony every morning! Owners are very nice and they even called after our arrival to check in on us.

The condo is great. Perfect spacing for a large group or family. Did not appreciate zero working remotes due to lack of batteries but situation was handled. No towels in the master upon check in. Parking is an annoyance but we took it in stride. $55 a car and only two cars allowed for 12 people. Over flow parking was arranged but was a hassel becuase of having to shuttle people back and forth and making sure parking meters were kept up to date.

The condo was great and definitely met all the needs of our large family. The view from the balcony was incredible and definitely got use from our group. The furniture and bedding was great. The setup was perfect with 2 beds each in two bedrooms and then the king in the master. The pools and water slide were perfect. Of course the best part was the white sands and crystal clear water of the beach. My family all said this was their favorite vacation for sure.

I cannot complain about anything. We were well informed about what was and was not provided by the owners. Because of this we had no surprises and no completes.

Beautiful condo, just as described. Easy check in. We requested extra blankets and they were quick to deliver. Great pools!! Both zero entry inside and outside. Slide was great for the kids. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Rented this condo with some friends for my wife’s 40 birthday. Had plenty of space for 5 adults and 7 kids. Balcony is plenty big and the pool was the kid’s favorite. Front desk help was top notch. Will stay Agin next year if available.

The property is conveniently located near many restaurants and offers a stunning view of the gulf. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony where we could see dolphins, turtles, manatee and sharks every morning! Spacious living space. Lots of storage so you do not have to live out your suitcase while you are there. And having 3 full bathrooms was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect. Low stress parking deck entry. Laid back check in! Elevators all worked and literally no waiting. Condo was as advertised and perfect. And this comes from a former condo owner! Family agrees this is our new yearly rental!

We had a great time with our family and extended family. Ages range from 10 to 74. Everyone enjoyed their time. The only “negative” was we didn’t have a “memories book” to leave a hand written note for the next family to read. Definitely would stay again! Thanks!

The property is just as it appears in the pictures, and we were very happy to stay there. It was amazing being on the beach, and my kids liked that there was an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub. We felt safe and close to restaurants and attractions. Everyone was friendly, and it never felt overly loud or crowded. My only complaint is the two rooms with queen beds didn’t have comfortable beds or pillows. I could tolerate the bed, but I highly recommend bringing your own pillows. The king bed in the master was comfortable though. I would stay here again!

Overlooks the ocean beautifully and unobstructed, just like the photos. Very clean on arrival - no issues with check-in. Easy access to beach and pool, and it was only for condo/resort guests. Would definitely stay again! Great time was had by the the two adults (me and my wife) and our four kids.

The room we stayed in was very nice, great view, and well taken care of. Will definitely tell my friends about this place as well as coming back again. The beds were a lil hard but it depends on what you are used to. The people upstairs from us was a lil loud and emptied their cooler off their balcony all onto ours, but that's not the the condos fault... All in all, great trip

It was a nice condo.

Condo was great. Just a few minor issues…lumpy mattress in one bedroom, living room couches had no support when you sat down so you sunk in, dish drainer needed for hand washed dishes. We’d rent again! 5 stars!

Overall, the condo was perfect for our family. Minor issues: Mattress in first bedroom on the right as you walk in…bed closest to windows…very uncomfortable due to a “valley” in it; living room couch and love seat had spots where a person sank way down upon sitting so had to stuff pillows in those holes so a person could sit on furniture; need a dish drainer for hand washed dishes. Those are the few things we noticed. Enjoyed our stay…would definitely rent condo again in the future.

Overall my experience was awesome. I booked with beaches of Alabama/iTrip. They were great. Lots of clear communication and checked on us via text daily. The staff at the condo wasn’t overly friendly except housekeeping. Front desk people were not welcoming or did anything about and beyond, just their job. Housekeeping was friendly and apologetic when they were just trying to do their job, like clean the public bathroom when everyone was in her way…. The room accommodated 5 adults 2 teens and 2 toddlers with room to spare. I understand Covid has changed things but I wish we wouldn’t had had to buy the little tings you usually get at resorts like sugar, coffee, dish soap and toilet paper and such. Overall 8.99/10

View from 21st floor is ocean only and to see the beach you have to look over the rail. Almost like being on a cruise. Amenities are great indoor pool and hot tubs, outdoor pool, and tennis court.

This was the perfect location and set up for our family. Our college aged children brought their friends, and we all had a wonderful time. The kids could walk to all the fun places. Bed arrangement was wonderful. Everyone had a bed to themselves with private baths. Balcony was very large for early morning coffee and late night cocktails. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 9 that ranged in age from 6 to 50. The condo was clean, spacious and pretty well equipped for guests. The only disappointments we had were the jets of the jetted tub in the master bathroom didn't work and there was never an advance notice that the resort 's hot tubs were unavailable due to Covid protection measures. Everyone was able to swim in the indoor pool, but the hot tubs were off-limits. The listing said a DVD player was available but all we found was a PS4 with a dead controller. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the condo and would stay again.

The condo wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped, otherwise it met expectations and matched the listing. It’s not very secure. Anyone can park in the garage and enter the building and any floor.

We were able to enjoy the condo without being crowded. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the convenience of being right on the beach made the stay enjoyable. We would rent this condo again.

First, the staff and website of iTrip.com are amazing! So easy to work with and the staff are always nice and accommodating. The condo was very large and our group of a dozen never felt like we were on top of each other. Big kitchen and mice sizes rooms. The grounds are clean and safe! The water (beach) is closer than anywhere I’ve stayed before. The pool is large and very nice. We had a smoke alarm keep going off for no reason and maintenance came and fixed very quickly! Overall a great stay and we will definitely use iTrip again! They earned my business quickly when I called and had questions.

When we arrived at the property there was not anyone at the front desk to help with parking passes, once we tracked down someone to help it went pretty smooth. The room was not cleaned fully when we arrived, bathroom doors were locked and cleaners didn’t attempt to open and clean, had issues with bathroom faucet handles falling off but over all the condo was as advertised. The beach at this property would be even better if it was bigger, we had high tides a few days and the sand was pretty much non existent on the beach, we had to walk down the beach to find a area to sit and relax. Pools were nice on the property, was nice to use those on the days the beach access wasn’t very good

This is a huge condo! Great living room space that can seat 9 easily in the living room and a big dining room, which are both really hard to find in a gulf shores condo! The views are spectacular! Great layout, super clean, and a really nice bathroom configuration and good closet space! Loved having a really nice, big kitchen and pantry, and an in-unit ice maker too!! Will be back to visit 2102!

Condo is nice. Little things could be better. Like door knobs were dangling and specks of dry blood on floor. But overall perfect home away from home.

Very spacious. Easy access to the beach. I had my wife, 2 daughters and their 7 children. The place was wonderful with everything we needed. The negative was the parking deck. Very difficult to maneuver

Everything was efficient and easy.

This was my first experience with Itrip and was not a positive one! Contract stated 4 pm checkin no exceptions, condos were cleaned and then inspected before guests arrive! When I checked in around 4:30 there was dirty dishes on the counters, several cabinet doors open, the oven drawer was open and a large cushion on the sofa was missing! Called the office and 2 housekeepers came and began cleaning the condo including mopping the floors! The lady I rented from brought the cushion! We left to go eat while they finished cleaning! So frustrating!The next day the ice maker wasnt working and when I looked inside it a large chunk of frozen ice was there and mold inside of it! The refrigerator and freezer lights were both blinking when you opened the doors! They sent a maintenance guy to fix them! I am not sure what happened to the inspection on this condo! But then there were silverfish in several kitchen drawers and cockroach in the master bathroom and in the living room! They sent pest control to treat the condo! I was offered NO compensation for any of this! Not a good experience! The other thing that was very irritating was when I checked in I had to pay $35 for ONE parking permit! Each additional permit is $35! Not a good setup! This condo was in the beautiful Phoenix Gulf Shores which is a great facility!

100% recommend!!! Excellent location and our condo was PERFECT. Front desk was exceptionally helpful. HUGE HINT - in parking lot always try to find the flat spaces near the building. Makes unloading and loading so much easier.

I pulled out the living room couch, in order to make it into a bed. It was dirty, it had hair all over it. My 15 year old son, had to sleep with my husband and I. We cook, breakfast especially, we needed larger pans for eggs, bacon, and potatoes, since this condo is for a family of 8. Everything else was perfect, the view, the balcony, location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and short drive to other areas. Regardless of the dirty couch and pans, we would of rated this at a 5 star however, my 8 year old nephew forgot his Nike shoes, I called the property manager a couple of days later, to see if I could pay and have these shipped to me. The property manager, stated that she would call me back on this concern. She called me back a couple of hours later, she communicated to me that she got a hold of maintenance, and that the condo hadn't been cleaned. We checked out on Monday, and according to the manager by Wednesday, the condo was still not cleaned. The manager, reassured me that she would call me back, whenever the condo got cleaned. It's been 1 week after talking to her and she has yet called me back. These shoes are special to my nephew. I would like to know if they can get shipped to me,. Also, the elevator is very slow when going to and coming back from the beach.

This property was listed as " Maximum of two cars allowed. Guest required to purchase parking passes at front desk ($31.25 each plus tax) limit 2" After looking at multiple other condo listings, which allowed the bookie two parking spaces and any guests would have to purchase 2 spaces... I wanted this description to be explained by the person that I spoke with when booking this condo. He told me that the condo came with 2 spaces and that we could purchase 2 guest spaces. When I received the booking confirmation. It clearly stated that we were only allowed 2 spaces. So I called the contact number. The woman I spoke with "kinda" laughed at our misunderstanding and told us that it clearly stated maximum 2 cars.... We had 4 cars going. But not to worry there is a public parking lot "DIRECTLY" across the street from the condo. When we got to the condo, the "PUBLIC parking lot" was not public at all, but a permitted parking lot for the city. Upon checking in "Cameron" was rude and condescending about our dilemma. What the take away from him, to us, was that the parking situation, because we had not gone through booking with them directly, was essentially not his problem. "They had an overflow lot for their guests but we were not included because we did not book through them"... But "you can call the local police station and find out what to do about parking your 2 additional cars". Told us that "in the future" we should book with them directly... I let him know that for this hotel, there would be no future. We contacted the police and they were perplexed as to why we would need to contact them about parking. I then called Itrip and they let me know that there was a parking lot across the street... I told them that they needed to update their info. there was no public parking across the street. After holding for a bit, she was able to find a business that allowed parking in their lot for a fee. This is what we had to do for our additional cars. Overall the condo was nice. Had to question clean because of an "earring back" we found on the counter which sort of grossed us out :(

The location of this condo couldn’t be better! Beautiful balcony views and is right on the beach. Our family of 7 was more than comfortable with the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pull out couch. Tasteful decor and furniture. A couple more towels and rolls of toilet paper would have been helpful. The indoor and outdoor pool with a water slide were really great; never too crowded and we always got chairs poolside. Then easy to head right out to the beach. Plenty of parking in the ramp and the check in process was simple. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would recommend it to others. Thanks for a great 2019 Summer Vacation!
