* The pool coping replacement project will begin on Friday, April 17th. The contractor will start by draining the pool in preparation for construction. The pool will remain closed for approximately 4 to 5 weeks during this work, with an anticipated reopening in mid-May, weather and construction progress permitting. In addition, the splash pad will be closed starting Friday, April 24th, for resurfacing.*

Phoenix V 1105 is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condominium offering amazing views from the 11th floor.

• Access to the Gulf-front balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
