The breezeway tile project has officially begun. The 19th and 18th floors started today, 3/26/26. Moving forward, the contractors will be completing two floors at a time as the project progresses. Please note that while work is being completed on a floor, the elevator call buttons on that floor will be temporarily out of service. You will still be able to access the floor using the elevator; however, you will not be able to call the elevator from outside on that level. To use the elevator, you will need to go either one floor up or one floor down to press the call button.
Seawind 1307 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores with amazing Gulf-front views from the 13th floor.
Condo Features:
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom
• Vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four, and there are three barstools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom has a king-size bed
• Third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry
• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes and armbands upon arrival at Seawind: Parking passes - $50 each (limit 2), Armbands - $2 each (limit 8). Cash or check only.
